Exchange and Returns

If you want to return a product, send an email with your order number and reason for the return to hello@zpoken.com. The product needs to be un-used, and returned in its original packaging.

You need to notify us within 30 days of the delivery if you want to make a return or exchange.  

You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the return. When we receive the product we will make the refund or exchange the product to another of your choice.

We recommend using a tracking service when returning a product to avoid potential issues. We are not responsible for lost packages. You as customer are responsible for the package until it reaches us.


If a product is broken due to a manufacture error the customer has 6 months warranty.

Please note that the warranty includes manufacture errors only and not normal use of the product. By time the finish may wear off and the silver underneath will show. That is the beauty of patina and it will make the product look even cooler. Scratches are considered normal tear.    

We use the same payment method you used for the original transaction when we do refunds. zpoken reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the conditions are not met.
